Writer's Block: Your Favorite Series: One Last Go Round

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Why did they cancel it!? What a show! Oh I do love Matthew Perry quite A LOT.
And as much as I love David Tennant - I wouldn't have minded another spell of Christopher Eccleston's Doctor, of course accompanied by Billie Piper...and maybe even John Barrowman, back when Jack wasn't ridiculously over-used.

Writer's Block: No Laughing Matter

Nothing is too serious to joke about. If we can't laugh through racism, terrorism and disease then we'd all be sinking into the very depths of depression. It's a cruel world and I think we need to find happiness however we can.

Fire Up The Quattro

I have to stress how much I simply adore Ashes to Ashes.
I have (at last) watched episode three- the one thing I ask my Dad to tape for me while in Austria and he bloody forgets- so am all up to date.
Gene Hunt is, as always, a legend. Seriously. Why am I attracted to this man? (And when I say attracted, I mean, you know, I'd swim through an ocean of thumb tacks to get a swipe at him) I am 16 years old for goodness sake, he is far too old and overweight and bitter for the likes of me. Although people often say I am a 29 year old trapped in this body, so maybe that's not so bad? Well, however much I deny it, I bloody LOVE the man and there is no stopping me now, oh no.
Alex, darling, at last you are begining to shine. (And WHERE can I find that jacket of hers? Bloody gorgeous) Episode 1- I didn't like her. She reminded me too much of Liz Hurley, who I detest, and her character I just found to be extremely WEAK. But I looked past this, when The Gene Genie arrived of course. I figured, 'it's just a bit of fun, ain't it?' and went from there. Now, I am pleased to say, Alex has certainly entered my good books. She just seemed to have a lot more...UMPH...in this episode. She stood her ground, she made me care about her fate. Keely is a bloody good actress, but the writers needed to give her more to chew on and I feel this episode did that.
I must flee as I am excited about Torchwood (They  better bring Owen back, the bastards. Almost had a heart attack when that shot fired.) and am finally getting in a fic writing mood after a long month of nothing but school/work related stress.

Saying hello and remembering how much I love England

Hi! My first ever entry so lets make it a good one, shall we? Well, at least try to...

Just got back from a weeks skiiing holiday in Austria so am scarily tired and battered and bruised, but had the best week of my life, and all without a single television in sight! And not one cup of tea! Good Lord, I'm surprised I'm still alive.

Anyway, back to introducing myself to everybody on live journal (which, seeing as this is my first day, is still weird and scary to me).  The main thing you need to know is how much I love the MARVELOUS Doctor Who, and the rest is on my profile. :o)

Hope to meet some nice people!
